For instance, I grew up in a family where the hours you put in were more important than your results. In addition to this I saw family role models made a lot of money but without a Business Coach to support sustainable & strategic growth the business completely trapped them. For example, my dad worked all hours for us but was absent from my childhood. Whilst I am grateful for this and his legacy, I also saw how I didn’t want to live.
And I see this pattern repeating all the time, with the hundreds of business owners I have worked with.
Their families don’t see them. They have NO life outside of the business. No Business Coach. And it becomes completely all-consuming.
Why did I become a Business consultant for female-led agency owners?
After hitting burnout in Corporate, I took the plunge and started my own business. With baby number 2 on the way, I grew to 6 figures and a team of 5 amazing women. I teach entrepreneurs how to do the same, to scale and grow whilst building their dream life. Through my Full Freedom™️ Framework I take clients through the 4 quadrants to becoming a limitless leader.
I fuse together my 15 years Corporate Leadership, my personal experience of running 6 and 7 figure businesses and future-focused NLP practice. Through hand held business coaching I take entrepreneurs from small to sustainably successful. A Business Coach is the first step towards a better way of life.
